"You Pass or We Pay" Guarantee

The Medtext guarantee applies to physicians registered to take their board examination during their current year of enrollment for the examination (future or past enrollments do not apply.) Only physicians who are taking the examination for board certification are eligible. Those physicians enrolled to take the examination in order to regain eligibility or re-certification or enrolled as a physician in-training are ineligible for the guarantee.

Anesthesia (Written Exam)
Book Purchase: You must purchase at least 500 practice questions, Mastering the Written Boards and one keyword book (2005) or newer to qualify.

You must place your order for the books no later than 14 days prior to the exam. Orders taken after that date will not qualify for the guarantee. However, individuals may feel free to place an order for any of the books irrespective of the guarantee. If you do not pass, simply send in your score report and you will receive $100 refund or book credit.

More details regarding the guarantee will be included in your package when your books are shipped.

Anesthesia (Oral Exam)
Book Purchase: You must purchase Mastering the Oral Boards and at least two oral board books (20 cases). If you do not pass, simply send in your score report and you will receive $100 refund or book credit.

Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, Ob-Gyn, Pediatrics, Psychiatry and Surgery (Written Exam)
You must purchase at least two practice question books (500 questions dated 2004 or later), and Mastering the Written Boards. If you do not pass, simply send in your score report and you will receive a $100 refund or book credit.
